What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, DOC, DOCX, and TXT files. PDFs generally provide the best parsing results. Maximum file size is 5MB.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes! Free accounts can analyze 1 resume per week, Pro accounts get 1 per day, and Premium subscribers get 1 per hour. Each resume gets its own detailed report with actionable insights.
How accurate is your ATS compatibility check?
We test against parsing algorithms used by major ATS systems including Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse, and others. While we can't guarantee how every system will parse your resume, our tests reflect real-world ATS behavior.
